My friend repowered 4 years ago and we wanted to replace his filters. He had the filters replaced two years ago at the dealer but we figured we do them ourselves this year. We've replaced the ox66 filters before so we'd figured we have no problems on the Z200.
-Replaced the vst filter no problem
-The medium pressure inline filter was a huge pain. I read a bunch of threads on iboats before replacing. I used needle nose pliers to push the black retaining clip away from medium pres. filter (like a read on iboats) and the fitting wouldn't release from the medium pressure filter. Ended up mangling it. Does anyone know the part number for this? On the exploded diagrams for the VST the medium pressure filter is the last thing and it doesn't show that fitting. Also, has anyone else had a problem with this thing getting stuck on the medium pressure filter?
-The paper filter inside the see-thru plastic bowl...The plastic bowl just twists off, right??? We couldn't get this thing to budge.
