Not having the carbs level.The floats need adjusting.The carbs need cleaning.The fuel pump needs rebuilt.The reeds broken/bent.
As the motor cranks and pulls fuel to the chamber.It could leak between cycles.
Running:fuel pump/reeds.poor compression.Test these and come back with your results.J
