The motor I have is a Johnson 115 2 stroke 2005 salt water series. When I bought the boat it sat awhile and did not run right. I have had the carbs rebuilt twice, all fuel lines replaced, new fuel water seperator, lower end changed and spark plugs replaced. Now the motor will not go above 4000 RPM instead of the normal 5500. The boat also has oil in the bottom of motor. The problem that first started was you could feel the boat spped up and slow down while on the water. I dont know what else to try.
