I am new around here. IT seems like a great forum!

i have a 1963 aerocraft 14ft rowboat. it is aluminum, it has 3 seats and I am interested in finding out the capacity, but weight and persons, for this craft along with the recommended engine size. I have a 59 evinrude 18 fastwin for it, which I am pretty sure is a safe engine size.

I searched around briefly but was unable to find this info easily on Google.

Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the site...I have an AeroCraft about the same vintage myself.

This will help you out...they made 2 14 footers, one had higher sides than the other.

If your transom is straight across in the back it's the smaller one...the bigger one has a downward flare on the transom.

Either rated for 10hp or 25hp depending on which one you own. Weight rating would be 696lbs or 765lbs. Not bad boats, mine's been knocked around for decades and still floats.:)
