Re: trim tab adjustment

The trim angle of the motor affects the pull of the motor. My speedboat (similar to your bassboat) will pull right when it is trimmed down, feel neutral when trimmed about 1/2 way for cruising, and pull left when trimmed all the way up for speed. Of course, I adjusted it that way.

Shouldn't the trim tab be adjusted all the way to the port side to reduce pull to starboard?

Re: trim tab adjustment

Adjust the tab in the direction of the helm. If to port, the tab goes to port. If adjusting the tab didn't help, look to other things, like motor not centered on transom, something causing unequal drag, etc. Have you tried trimming up and down? Is adjustment tested at WOT?
