2000 90 horse merc

Hello all new to the site and I need some info if possible, I have A 2000 90 horse mercury 4 stroke and the carbs are gummed up from sitting , I have been looking for carb kits but are unable to find, Are these carbs rebuildable? they are kuehn Carbs model BCF68C00 any info would be greatly Appreciated.....Mike

Thank you for your time, My Model # is 1F90412WD and the serial # is OT158543 I will se if I can locate anything using CharlieB;s post also Look forward to getting this thing fixed
