1988 IMP 215 BR with 5.7 engine OR IS IT??

I am looking at buying a 1988 IMP 215 BR: however when I look up NADA pricing, this year and model is not listed. I can not find any information on this boat. The owner has given me the exact registration info which reads 88IMP MDL 215 BR FGLAS 20ft 05in. RUN I/O HP 260.0
The boat looks great, but I want to make sure the price is within reason. I think it's a little pricey, but I want to be fair.
Any idea on this? Where can I get information? If the boat is in exceptional condition, what kind of price should I be looking at?

Fprget the registration. You need the HIN to actually know what year it is. My sister bought a "1991" Chaparral on E-Bay, but when she went to pick up the boat, it was quite clearly a 1990. But the registration still said 1991.
