Ok guys don't beat me up to bad as this is my 1st time here and 1st boat. I just bought a 2008 pontoon with this motor. The boat was I the water only once. I heard the motor run that 1 time and it ran very poorly it wouldstart and die several time and finally not start at all.
Now I puchased this boat and motor and it has been sitting for 2 years. My question is does any body know of a good starting point or common problem with these motor? I have not check for spark,fuel, or comp yet. I will be doing that first thing. Just thought somebody might know of a easy fix.
