Motor starts easily, idles fine, throttles up while in neautral. but runs out of fuel as you move the boat thru the water. I've replaced the interrupter switch. Replaced a cracked bowl on one of the carburators. could enthenol have had some adverse effect on the carburators. When I had the one carb off the float and inside the carb looke clean and functional.

Id check the whole fuel system...make sure no debris in the tank...empty it out, clean it out, make sure no leaks along the system..replace the fuel filters.

try it again, if it wont throttle up try pumping the bulb...see if that helps

how long has it been since you rebuilt the carbs???

thats a complete tear downa nd cleaning of all parts and passages , all new gaskets and replacebale parts that come in the carb kits....dont over tighten the carb bowls...they are plastic and can warp easily.

but i wouldnt jump right into the carbs until you checed a few other things out...

wondering why it would rev ok in neutral( still using more fuel) but dies when in gear...

Id make sure you know you ahve spark in all cylinders....while you are at it...

you could go ahead and check compression ...then come back

good luck

If it runs while pumping bulb there is problem with VRO or pulse fitting/line other wise check the following: (1)filter cover on vapor separator can crack and suck air but not leak fuel (2) all fuel connections (3) vapor separator top cracked will cause VRO to loose vacuum(4) defective/stopped up pulse fitting or line to VRO and finally a defective VRO.
