2007 honda 8hp valve timing and exhaust clearance

I lost compression on my low houred kicker. I broke down the hea and found 2 bent exhaust valves. I have replaceed and lapped new valves in now have to set up the timing on cylinder # 1 .. need help with specs and procedure. Mahalo in advance.. Ben
