mariner magnum 2 150 oil pump alarm

oil alarm is beeping, want to premix, have done alot of looking for replacement rod for oil pump but can't find even mercury couldn't tell me. PLEASE HELP! If i remove drive gear can motor be harmed? What is the right way to remove oil system and go to premix? I have seen alot of motor fails do to oil systems, seems to be #1 cause, is this true?

Does the temp alarm work off of same module? Do u plug block with bolt in hose or is there a part? Thanks a million.

The alarm module, or the temp switch grounds the alarm circuit. They are wired together at the terminal strip, high starboard side.
