my 2005 115 Johnson ant starting *have video*HELP PLEASE

i have a 2005 Johnson rigged on the back of my 17 dusky.i took it out Tuesday and turned it on and off for 4 hours.get to the dock to put the boat on the trailer and it didnt start at all,no power.i had a jumper and got power(i just tilt the engine down to lock it).i get home to flush it and didnt start,everything its working but the engine is not turning over.i tested the batteries and they were charged.I think its the starter or the starter solenoid,but im not so sure.i have videos of it and really would appreciate it if you guys can tell me what you think

Go to the auto store , get a $10 spark tester ,
remove all sparkplugs, test for spark.
