Has anyone found a suitable material to fabricate packing washers from? Go through quite a few of them and starting to get sick of paying $1.75 a pop. Have tried a cork material, but couldnt get it to hold together quite right, due to the minute size I imagine. Make my own gaskets, yet dont feel the material would be suitable for packing. Maybe I should just try.
