1988 Mercury 100 hp Repair Suggestions

I have a 1988 100 hp Mercury outboard that has been sitting a little over ten years. I was wondering if anyone had any insight to what may need to be done to get it running? I know the carbs have to be taken apart and cleaned however I need other possible things that may need work/to be worked on. The motor itself has less than 50 hours on it so i dont think it would need a complete rebuild.

Any suggestions?
