I have bought a 1984 Dixie Roundabout. The hull is faded and I was wondering if their is any short term suggestions that might 'brighten' this a little? Thank you

How about, wetsanding, a high speed buffer, rubbing compound, a good finishing wax, and some elbow grease?

Welcome to iboats ;)

Check out Harbor Freight or Northern Tool and purchase a polisher similar to this one http://www.harborfreight.com/7-inch-variable-speed-polisher-sander-92623.html It will cut back on the labor time :)

OR

You can talk to the significant other and explain the older boat MUST be traded in and a new boat is the only answer!! :D

PLEASE do not duplicate your questions. I have closed your other post.
