Hi ,I'm new to boating. I bought a 1984 Chapparal 172 OMC I/O 4cyl. GM. My mechanic says I need a tilt/trim screw pen. Is this a hard to find part because of it's age? Motor will nir engage prop in water. Thanks, RedBubba
