Suggest a Multimeter for testing a Mercathode System..

I need to see if my mercathode is working on my Bravo 3, serious corrosion problems. It seems that the Radio Shack 22-191 is discontinued....

Thanks, and also will constant moving water in the river make the Mercathode less effective?? 24/7 in brackish water.....

Any digital multimeter that the reference electrode will plug into will work.
