Can someone help me id this boat?

I recently bought a boat and can not identify it. I have the title and it says it is a cutter 1961 and has a 5 number hull id. I can not find a HIN anywhere on the boat. It is 15'. any help would be much appreciated. All I want is to find out the specs on it for motor hp.

1961 Cutter will not have a HIN. Those were not required until 1972.
The 1960 15 ft Cutter's were rated for a 70 HP motor. No date given for a 1961

Ok but do you know about the logo that I took a pic of? I would assume the logo would give the manufacturer id right? not to mention I can not find the logo anywhere.
