I understand the reasoning behind not using PT in an aluminum boat, but can it be used to replace the floor in a fiberglass boat?

I think you can. It just HAS to be dry for any resin to stick.
I don,t think there is any advantage by using PT verses an a-c type exterior grade plywood.

May be others will chime in also.

This subject has been discussed many times, even recently, and sometimes it becomes rather heated.
