I have a 98 bass tracker and need to replace the aerator pump however it is attached to valve that is controlled by a wire that is connceted to a switch that say fill and empty how is the pump attached to this valve. Is it just screwed in. The mut and valve have a piece of aluminun between them that is riveted to the hull to hold it in place. Any help would be great don't want to tear something up. The hose from the through hull conncects to the valve and the hose to the live well connects to the barbed end of the pummp. Is the part connceted to the valve threaded into the valve.
