Easy to do from left over PVC pipes and fence posts.

I made something similar to this in my last boat except I used 4" PVC End caps worked out pretty well, I just screwed them down to the deck or Gunwale, out of the way. I like the idea you posted though looks very nice.

Glad to help! With the prices I seen for the likes, the dollar I save a freind, may buy extra gas in his boat it takes to tow me in someday! :)
