Where on my boat Sunbird 20cc do I find, year and serial #?

Im maybe buying a sunbird 20cc but can't find serial number.
I hope someone can tell me were it is located.

Ayuh,... Welcome Aboard,....
The hull numbers should be on the upper transom, starboardside...
The last 2 digits should be the vintage...
