2003 50hp 4 stroke Merc. (Not a bigfoot) Prop Seal

I understand that this a double seal for this motor. Is this an easy task for this make and model? It would appear that once I have pulled the prop I just need to pull the carrier held by 2 bolts and then are the seals readily assessable?

Thanks for any insight, no one local has a manual and I have to get this up and running NOW for a duck hunt. Of course these things always show up when your already pressed for time.

I did mine last year. I some how messes it up. I ended up having it done at the marina any way. only 200 bucks. It is only 2 screws that hold 2 tabs in your remove them then you will need a puller to get the carrier out. When the carrier out the shim, and reverse bearing will also fall out. Then you knock out the seals and replace them then reassemble.
