I have a couple of areas where the Aluminum on the Pontoon is dented. If I try to push back in, the area just pops in or out.

Is there a way to fix the Aluminum so that it is flush or straight once again. The dent happened to the front area when I took a couple large swells last season.

Thanks,
Boat is a 25 FT Voyager Tri-toon.

Welcome to iboats.

We have a resident expert here and if you send him a PM (Private message) I am sure he will give you great advice. His iboats name is 5150abf and he builds pontoons as an occupation.

Ayuh,... Welcome Aboard,...

The tension on the panel you see may be caused by the toon being bent,...
Pull a stringline along it, 'n Look for straightness....

If heat and cold does not fix your dent(s)..then your more then likely be looking at another weld...
