I have a 2001 115 Tohatsu. The engine starts and runs ok, but when I looked at the bottom carburetor, there was fuel gushing out from under the flat plate screwed to the top of the carb. I removed the carb and examined it the best i could. i removed, cleaned and tightened the plate, drained the float and cleaned the needle valve and reassembled the carb. I pumped it up and fuel still came out from under the plate. Any ideas?
