Deer are great swimmers ... have had several try to crawl in the boat with me! Turkey swim well also!

Canadian geese are always trying to get in the boat and steal your stuff ,you have to wack them with the pole or you have to get out of the area,bummer

Cool Story.

We have Sitkas here in MD, on Assateague Island. They will come right up to you, as will the wild ponies, because people feed them all the time.
