re installing flywheel?

hi had a post on here about removing flywheel earlier, did that. found a place in conn. that replaced broken magnets and reglued good ones and repainted at a nice price to. now o want to reinstall. do i run it down with washer and nut by hand or should i use an impact? and i think i was told 100 ft lbs of torque? thanks

use a torque wrench. I wouldn't use an impact.
