hello i have a 1997astro with a 1997 merc 115hp runs good but when im doing 45-50 it serges like it runs low on gas it dont get rough engine real smooth just bogs down and then picks back up could it be a filter last couple of times i have had it out bulb dont pump up solid ????? thanks for any help
