Can someone tell me whats going on with my motor? The motor has 120 psi each pluge, but when I try to get up the lake it jumps out of gear. can someone give me some idea of what might be the problum. I dont need to give up good to slick.

May have a bad forward gr and shift dog. Check your g/c oil.

I believe these motors also have an udjustable shift rod. If you disconnect it, turn it a couple turns clockwise and then reconnect it, you should see a difference in how it engages.

It is your Clutch dog or foward gear or both

Check your shift linkage. Open oval plate on the side of leg. Make sure the shift rod is properly secured in the coupler.

My vote is with the clutch dog and fwd gear crowd.
