I decided that I wanted a bow mount trolling motor for my little fishing boat. I had an old transom mount that Grandpa gave me but they aren't great in any wind.
Then I got on line and priced them out. It would be easy to spend more than the boat itself is worth.
So I did this.
That is my transom mount with the bracket removed and flipped over.
The hardest part is getting the wad of wires back in the right spots.
(I took pics of the wires before I took them loose)
The only real inconvenience is the button to tilt it is in front now so I have to reach around.
