Hi,
I'm having a little trouble with my 1993 Gen II aplha. Shifting into reverse sometimes 'skips' or ratchets. Of course at the worst times, but not always. I noticed (on land) when I've shifted into either forward or reverse the throttle will push/pull the shift plate a little more after the detent. Is this normal?
Mine also has a shift assist (spring loaded rod), but I haven't found anything about this in my manual (seloc).
I'm not sure of the make of my throttle/shifter, but are they normally adjustable?
