94 regal 202 volvo sx outdrive teleflex steering cable.
steering is very hard - pulled the aluminum shaft/cable out of the ram (per reccomendation) and steering is still very stiff - outdrive moves freely. i assume i need a cable? any good way to lube/free up the cable? thanks
