I just traded for this I/O and it is time to winterize it. I know from what I have heard that I need to drain the lower unit lube and refill. I also know I should changed the plugsand the oil/filter. What I do not know is the location of the drain plugs. I understand that there are "2" in the mainfolds, but I do not how many are in the block? I also do not know if I need to "pump" antifreeze and if I should... how much back into the block. I know this has probably been asked alot but the marina wants $325.00 to winterize and I am mechanically inclined and on a low budget considering I am only working part-time. Any advice would be great!

I am running a $175 special including fluids here in cen cal.

Block drain plugs are on each side centered on block just above the oil pan. When you pull them also use a piece of wire or whatever to poke around in the holed to loosen up the rust, sand, debris that may inhibit full drainage.

Don't forget the heat exchanger.
