I have a 90hp evinrude on my 24 ft. pontoon. I've noticed water coming out the exhaust ports. My question, is this normal. I have a good stream coming out the port that lets you know the water pump is working.

Yes it is normal. Water is discharged though the exaust ports to help with cooling. If you have a strong stream from the tell tale then you have enough water pressure in the cooling system.
