My engine starts right up. the problem that I has is when i move the warm up lever it will hit almos 6000 rpm and when I put it back down it will not go below 2000, is this because there is no load and it is not in the water? if I move the timing advance thingy by hand it will smooth out and got to about 1200 rpm but if i let it go again it will go back to 2000. What do i need to do and how do i adjust it properly. Thanks
