'94 regal 202, 5.0 fl sx outdrive, teleflex steering.
I have the boat running for the 1st time in 7-8 years, the p/s pump was whining. The steering is still very stiff. i added fluid, turned wheel back and forth multiple times but no improvement. Where would be the 1st place to look, the pump? nothing seems to be leaking.
