Working on a '93 Yamaha 9.9 4-stroke. Engine will crank, start and stall immediately. Motor has 115 psi compression on each cylinder. Each cylinder is running about 7% on the leak down test. F/P pressure is at 5 psi. Oil level was high, overfilled and smelled of fuel. Changed oil and is now properly filled. Spark is present on both cylinders. Carb was full of trash/water, cleaned carb twice. Flow tested carb passages all clear. Misting carb intake with fuel does not make motor run. Bottom #2 plug is wetter than #1 plug. Can anybody out there think of something I am missing or see something wrong?
