Need an Obsolete Part

I'm looking for an o-ring for the prop shaft in my lower unit. I have a 2.0 HP 1994 HJ2DRERM. The part number is 0114996. I've checked a few parts vendor (boats.net, crowley marine). They say the part is no longer available. Does anyone know where I can get one? Or is there a similar part that can be used in its place? Any help would be appreciated.

Figure out what size it is and go to a bearing supply house if you have one in your area. Otherwise, you probably can get a whole sack of them for a few dollars at www.mcmaster.com
