I started tearing out the floor on my fishing boat, i have the wood and glass removed out of the center between the middle two stringers, my question is when i get to where the seam is where the floor meets the side of boat do i cut at the seam to only remove the floor or is there a trick to doing this? im basically just trying to get the boat down to the glass and stringers.

I cut mine at the seam so that when i put the wood up to it i just layed the glass right on top of both

Usually not...But, there's a Good chance you'll cut through the Hull if you're not careful...

I just scored mine and then used a pry bar to snap it off. It worked well and I had no holes in my hull unlike the first one I did.
