Adding a remote steer to cable steer system

I am looking for some idea's or suggestions on a way of adding a remote steer to cable steer system.

I have the type of cable steering where the cables runs down both sides of the boat.
It would be nice to have this unit about half way down the boat mounted on the gunnel.

It would make trolling so much easier especial if there is a fish on.

you have several choices, but basically cable pulley or teleflex style steering. there is also Ez guide stick steering for fishing boats.

I better explain myself a bit better.

I would like to be able to steer the boat from two different spots in the boat using the exsiting cable steer system.

I would like to tap into it and steer from that spot as well as from the wheel.
