I bought a 14ft jon boat and came with a 2006 2.5hp Mercury, the guy I got it fom won it on a fishing tournament and never got it registered. Im trying to put it under my name but the Texas Parks and Wild life clerk is making it a little difficult, she is asking for the MRO (manufacturer's secification sheet) not really sure what it is or how to get it, she said it was supposed to be given at the time of the purchase but the previous owner told me he pulled the motor out of the box and there was nothing in there other that the manufacturers warranty stuff.
