I'm trying to figure out why my motor stalls at 2000rpm and when I slow down. Changed plugs, primer bulb, fuel filter and pickups. The new primer bulb is compressed like the last one and acts like it is starving for fuel. Does a 2002 40 hp 4 stroke mercury have floats in the carb? I'm wondering if they might be getting stuck.
