2002 yamaha 250hp vx250tlra ox66 shuts down at wot

when you blast off and get up to around 50 to 74mph its like you turnd the key off just shuts down sometimes it will chug 2 times and the fuel pressure drops to 0 any help please thanks here is a list of parts i have put on

3 low pressure fuel pumps
1 fuel filter thats on the boat
1 fuel filter glass type fuel filter on the motor
1 vst fuel fielter and high pressure fuel pump

either the pump is losing a voltage or the VST is running out of fuel or the VST filter is clogged.
about the only thing that will cause a 0 pressure reading.
remember that system needs to be capeable of moving 40 gallons an hour minimum with suction side vacum less than 6" Hg.

I just ran a wire to the pump and held a volt meter it was like 12.30v when switch was on but not running when engine running it droped to like 3.32v when it would stall out which was 60mph the meter went to like 0 then jumped back up to like 12v hope this helps thanks

any time the key is on you should have 12v between the red pump lead and ground.
if not go find the bad connection or bad main relay.
the blue pump wire is the ground path and is controled by the ECU.
under about 1200 RPM the ground path is through a resistor that drops the operating voltage at low speeds.
