It could be fuel or ignition related and it could be a variety of things within these two general areas. Once can only guess at the actual cause without doing some systematic troubleshooting to narrow things down.
Rather than my listing the many possible troubleshooting tests in a single post (if I were capable enough to do that, which I am not), I suggest that you do a search on some related terms such as weak spark, carb cleaning, fuel line restriction, fuel pump, surging, troubleshooting, etc. to see what tests you can find in the other posts. Report back on what tests you did do (and what you found) and you will likely get some good suggestion based upon your actual troubleshooting results. Just my suggestion...
To get you started, consider the following:
- check compression
- check spark
- squeeze fuel bulb while motor is bogging
- connect remote fuel tank to motor
- clean carbs
