1996 johnson fast strike 115 no power

i have a 1996 johnson fast strike 115. Was on the lake one day and engine wouldnt hardly get boat on plan had no power but would idle fine. check compression and had 130 on both cylinders on left side and 140 on right side. plugs are fairly new checked spark and has good strong spark.

any help would be greatly appreciated
