Let me start with outboards are new to me, I also dont have a manual yet. My question is about tuning this motor. From what I understand this carb has only a low speed needle that you adjust. I Had this motor worked on and it ran good for about 10 gallons. Now the motor has a rough idle and has a rough low and mid range, but a flawless high speed. At high speed it runs like a top. I was told that a new power pack was put on I think thats what they said. new plugs, new water sep. filter, new fuel lines and bulb. If this is anything like my small 2cyl engines maybe it is a bit rich on the low end, what do you guys think? oh yeah the fuel is 50/1. Thanks for all your help!
