Wheels and tires

Hi, I'm new to this forum and I look forward to learning and getting to know I just purchased a 2000 Bass Tracker V18 boat and trailer. I would like to put new tires and wheels on it. I know it uses a 205-75-14 tire C rating but I am wondering about the wheels? They have 5 holes and I think the diameter is 4.5 but I'm not sure? For this tire size 5 x 4.5 is all I am seeing out on the tire and wheel websites so I'm wondering if the 5 x 4.5 is standard on some of the Trailstar trailers that Bass Tracker used?

5-4.5 is common. Nothing tricky about changing wheels. They're standard offset 14x6 for a 205 tire available almost anywhere. No worries.
