96 48 special evenrude stalling at times

I have a 96 48 hp evenrude. It has always took spells were after running for awhileit would stall out when giving it throttle.Have had carbs rebuilt, power pack , wires plugs ,fuel hose and bulb. problem is getting more often. Yon can pump up fuel bulb and it picks up rpms.?????Any help out there?

This indicates faulty fuel pump. You can rebuild that pump, you'll need a repair kit (about $12 on iboats), some gasket remover, permatex #2 and a couple hours of your time.
