need some advise,,,bought the boat & motor this spring keyswitch had key broke off in switch used the boat3-4 times with no problem but it was hard to opperate the switch so i replaced it...local dealer sold me a different style omc switch that takes screws & eyelets and no kill switch to replace the bullet style switch which had a kill switch and said it would work,,which it did, however have had a problem with the motor not wanting to start now & then.. it sounds like its cranking faster than it should be and no spark on any cylinder when it wont start...then with no changes it will start...could the keyswitch without the kill switch be causing the problem i have bought manuals seloc & cdi ingnition but this motor is more complex then anything i have had before,,,way to much electronics any advise would help thankyou

I can't understand your question , never heard of a bullet style kill switch.
Anyway, something being intermittent is always a pain to track down.
Check your wiring job for loose terminals.
