Are you referring to the direction of rotation of the crankshaft, or which way the flywheel nut goes on/off?
The crankshaft rotates CW as viewed from the top (as does any 2-stroke Merc I know of, barring the Direct Reversing motors which can run backwards for Reverse).
The flywheel nut has right-hand threads and is turned CCW for removal.
